From engineering complexity to market clarity

I help complex engineering projects become understandable, valuable, and executable.

I work with DeepTech founders, advanced engineering teams, and innovation organizations that need more than analysis. They need technical value to be clearly explained, strategically packaged, and turned into a business case that investors, partners, and decision-makers can act on.

Based in Haifa.  Available for meetings in Haifa or Tel Aviv.

What I actually do

Strategic packaging for technically strong projects that need market clarity.

My work starts where technical substance is real, but external clarity is weak. I help shape the narrative, business logic, and materials that make a project legible to the outside world — whether that means investors, partners, customers, or ecosystem stakeholders. When needed, I also help define the next-stage logic behind that narrative: roadmaps, assumptions, implementation structure, and internal decision tools.

What I Build

Focused work for projects that need clarity, structure, and momentum.

Strategic Packaging for Complex Products

Make technical value visible to the market.

I help founders and technical teams explain what they are really building, why it matters, and how to position it in a way that makes sense outside the engineering room. This includes value articulation, product logic, strategic narrative, market-facing framing, and the materials needed to support serious conversations.

Investor-Ready Foundations

From technical promise to a credible business case.

I help turn advanced technical work into decision-grade materials for grants, early investor conversations, and strategic partner discussions. This usually means bringing together market logic, financial thinking, risk framing, and implementation assumptions into one coherent package.

Scale-up Logic and Strategic Roadmaps

From R&D effort to the next executable stage.

Some projects do not fail because the technology is weak. They fail because nobody has built the logic of what comes next. I help define that next-stage logic: the sequence, the dependencies, the bottlenecks, and the operational assumptions that connect technical development with real implementation.

AI-Enabled Internal Tools

Use AI to accelerate thinking, not replace judgment.

I use modern AI workflows to expand the speed and precision of my own work — and, where useful, to help build lightweight internal tools for research, structured knowledge, and decision support. This is not AI for show. It is AI applied to real bottlenecks inside small teams and complex projects.

Who I Work With

Best fit for technically serious projects that still need external clarity.

01

DeepTech Founders

You have a serious technical idea, prototype, or early product, but investors and partners still do not clearly see the business case. I help make that case visible, credible, and structured.

02

Accelerators and Innovation Hubs

You support promising startups, but some of them still lack packaging, business logic, or implementation clarity. I can help strengthen those projects before they stall.

03

Advanced Engineering and Industrial R&D Teams

You are building something technically strong, but the market-facing meaning, strategic framing, or next-stage logic is still underdeveloped.

04

Teams Building Toward Scale

You are somewhere between proof, pilot, and execution — and need the missing narrative, roadmap, or structure that helps the next step become real.

Selected signals of scale

Projects requiring strategic packaging and market justification

Countries / markets / stakeholder environments reached

Organizations / partners / ecosystem actors engaged

Internal tools / frameworks / roadmaps created

Exact metrics to be confirmed.

My Approach

Clarity first. Then logic. Then momentum.

01

Market clarity before noise

I start by making technical value understandable. If a project cannot be clearly explained to the outside world, everything downstream becomes harder: funding, partnerships, alignment, hiring, and scale.

02

Packaging is not decoration

For complex products, positioning is part of execution. Good strategic packaging does not reduce reality to slogans; it makes real value legible without flattening the substance.

03

Strategy should lead to a next step

I prefer work that creates traction: a stronger case, a sharper roadmap, a more coherent offer, a better internal tool, or a clearer scale-up sequence.

04

AI is a leverage layer

I use AI to move faster through complexity: research, synthesis, structuring, prototyping, and internal logic. It expands my reach, but does not replace strategic judgment.

About

A strategic partner for technically complex work.

My background combines strategic analysis, B2B positioning, industrial innovation, and hands-on work with technically complex products. I am most useful where a project is strong in substance, but still weak in market clarity, strategic packaging, or next-step logic.

CV available on request.

Let's talk

If your project is technically strong but still hard to explain, position, or move forward — let's talk.

I work best with serious projects that need clarity, not noise.

If you are building something complex and need help making it clearer to the market, more credible to decision-makers, or better structured for the next stage, I would be glad to talk. If you are in Haifa or Tel Aviv, let's meet in person.
